Reial Cercle Artístic: history, art and digital transformation
A transversal cultural entity with 141 years of history, a “house” for artists dedicated to promoting the plastic arts and Barcelona culture.

The Reial Cercle Artístic commissioned a digital project from eMascaró with the aim of carrying out a digital transformation and creating a project that transmits the trajectory, history and the new reality of the institution together with the value, activity, diversity of actions and impact of their community.
How did we do it in eMascaró?
- An integration with the CMS VENTO that allows the integral management of the contents
- Integrations with CRM for the optimization of information flows
- Integration with the sales manager to boost the sale of experiences and activities
- New architecture, structure and use of CTAs to attract and persuade new partners
- Segmentation to connect with the different target audiences: artists, students, businessmen and entrepreneurs
- Inclusion of the radio and television channel as new points of communication
Strategies were incorporated for a user experience based on the different phases of the Customer Journey or the different points of contact with the entity: the members club, subscriptions to magazines, the “Artistic Club”, the rental of spaces and the cultural experiences that promote society.
The result? A digital project that aims to attract new audiences thanks to a renewed image that consolidates the perception of the Reial Cercle Artístic as a benchmark for attractive and significant experiences in the cultural sector, highlighting the entity as a center of union between art, culture and society.
