Grans Hotels de Catalunya is an association of independent hotels with a long history and great experience in the sector. By joining Grans Hotels de Catalunya, hotels benefit from a wide range of services designed to improve the visibility, operability and profitability of the establishments.

The digital project, developed by the innovative eMascaró team for the association, highlights a charming collection of hotels and brings them together into various segments by interests, captivating both potential guests (BtoC) and potential partners (BtoB).

With destinations on the Costa Brava, the Pyrenees and the interior of Catalonia, selected for their quality and unique character, these hotels offer unrepeatable experiences: from relaxing, romantic or gastronomic getaways to adventures with family or couple; through segment-specific landings.

Strategic architecture

The digital project brings together in its strategic architecture the boutique hotels, family hotels and small chains of Catalonia to highlight all their resources, facilities, experiences within the establishments and activities in the destination or surroundings.

Through a large menu that unfolds in full screen we can reach the different sections that bring together the various proposals of the hotels grouped by type of trip (on the Costa Brava, in the city, in the mountains or romantic), by type of experience (gastronomy, wine tourism, spa and relaxation), hotels for weddings, gifts and also by destinations.

The booking engine is integrated into a box designed by eMascaró, which accompanies the entire journey through the different pages, and is kept in sight throughout the customer journey. The cash register keeps two fundamental pieces of information visible: the contact telephone number and the booking management section.

Bookmark function (without Loguin)

Integrated into the same box of the booking engine, there is direct access to the hotels that we have marked as preferred. The tick will appear on the page throughout the browsing session, it is possible to mark the preferred ones without the need to log in and without having to suspend browsing to enter the data. WOW!

Two sections that stand out in the digital project of Grans Hotels de Catalunya are those for gift vouchers and getaways. The first allows you to give the stay in any of the hotels of the association, the person who gives the gift can choose the amount to be given, it will be deducted from the final price of the contracted stay. In the getaway section you will find the packages of offers published by establishments for short stays and long weekends.

The possibility of giving stays accompanies the customer on the journey through all the pages of the site with a small floating icon, a diamond containing a gift box that invites them to give and treat themselves to a stay in one of these charming hotels.
