Sirenis Hotels & Resorts is an international hotel chain, based on the island of Ibiza (Spain), with more than 50 years of experience in hospitality. A dynamic company in constant evolution.
Currently, Sirenis Hotels & Resorts has 10 hotels:
4 hotels on the island of Ibiza (Spain),
1 hotel in Gran Canaria (Spain),
1 resort in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic),
1 resort in the Riviera Maya (Mexico),
1 in Cayo Santa María (Cuba),
1 hotel in Varadero (Cuba)
1 hotel on the island of San Andrés (Colombia).
The chain thus has a total of 4,661 hotel rooms with the capacity to accommodate up to 10,000 people.
The hotel facilities are complemented by 2 water parks, Sirenis Aquagames, located in Punta Cana and Ibiza, the Grand Sirenis Spa, considered one of the largest and most spectacular spas in the Riviera Maya. The group’s human capital is made up of 4,000 direct employees.
A total and strategic renewal of the corporate image
With this digital project Sirenis Hotels & Resorts has taken a great leap in its entire corporate image, with a fresh design that transmits great dynamism with a cursor that helps in navigation and dynamic screens that change with a certain cadence.
The new brand image reflects freshness, joy of life, positive energy and its commitment to nature and responsible tourism.
The eMascaró team designed a new section called “Find your Mood”, it is a cross-segmentation space by targets and types of activities that customers can enjoy according to their travel preferences, whether they are traveling as a couple or as a family; and the type of activities, for example, gastronomy or wellness.
A versatile and scalable web architecture
A scalable architecture was worked on to meet the growth needs of the chain that continues to acquire new assets and requires a flexible system.
The site starts with a very versatile home page, which allows you to quickly view current promotions, incentives for new customers and loyalty ones, as well as all the destinations and hotels of each one.
The menu brings together all the potential of the chain in a single frame and allows you to view all its hotels and destinations in one place, with direct access to all the facilities that can be enjoyed with the hotel chain.
The new information architecture was structured to further enhance the characteristics of the resorts, the comfort of their facilities, their loyalty activities and especially the destinations that are highlighted through interactive maps.
Unique one page landing pages were created with scroll systems to facilitate user navigation, multimedia galleries with large photos and videos that allow the details of the facilities to be appreciated.
“Sirenis Friends” was integrated, the chain’s private customer loyalty area, which offers 3 levels to choose from with different benefits, with a lively, fun and relaxed design.
Headers were designed for the landing pages with full-screen images, very powerful and visual, and with very specific and concrete call to actions both to attract new customers and to activate loyalty systems.
A significant integration of key technologies for passenger management
One of the great advantages that eMascaró offers customers is turning their digital channel into an integration hub. Thanks to its exclusive VENTO® CMS technology that allows you to integrate various CRM, PMS systems, among others.
A new reservation engine, from the prestigious Roiback engine, was integrated for eight hotels in the chain and which, in addition, also manages the loyalty program. The integration of the Hotetec engine for hotels in Cuba is currently in process.
